Chapter One

Anyone who knows my mom knows she doesn't back down from a fight.

In fact, if someone pisses her off, they're in for it. Poo. And that's final, really...

So I've created this blog as a dedication to her.

"I Want To See Your Manager" chronicles the best (and worst) of my mom's clashes with authority... namely, departmental stores, toilet cleaners, fast food chains, and yes, even wee tots.
